Not just delicious – food that is interesting.  Our Chef, Elyse, was trained at Le Cordon Bleu London and has a Master’s degree in Food Science from Kansas State.  Elyse is the best of both worlds – creative and technical. We consider her our secret weapon. Her preferred method of cooking is in a sous vide, which is considered by many to be the safest and most consistent method of food preparation.  With her expertise and creativity, Elyse adds a touch of innovation to dishes that will have your loved ones asking, “Wow, where did you get this?
